The Ada College of Education, Ada intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation – GETFund towards the contract for the Completion of Proposed 2-Storey Science Laboratory at Ada College of Education, Ada. The College now invites sealed tenders from eligible companies for the project below:

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended in 2016 (Act 914) and in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
A complete set of tender documents may be inspected and purchased at the Procurement Unit of the College upon payment of the appropriate non-refundable fee stated in the table above from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm
Tenders must be signed, sealed, and deposited in the Tender Box at the Vice Principal’s Office of the College, on or before 11:00 am on Wednesday 5th July 2023. Tenders will be opened immediately after the close of tender submission on the day stated above in the presence of representative(s) of tenderers who choose to attend.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Fifty (150) days after the deadline for the tender submission.
The completed tender document must include among other documents:
Valid Business Registration Certificate, Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate, Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate, Valid Labour Clearance Certificate, Evidence of Public Procurement Authority Registration, Programme of Works and Power of Attorney.
