The Accounts Unit of Ada College of Education carries out the following operations:
- General responsibility for the administration of the Financial affairs of the College
- Responsible for collecting all legitimate revenue due to the College.
- Duty of preparing the annual budget
- Duty of preparing the financial statements
The Finance Department of Ada College of Education is the overseer of all financial activities of the college. The unit is made up of four competent, experienced and skilled Accountants who steer well the financial affairs of the college. It is headed by Mr. Emmanuel Otu Odei. The Department’s major activities include; receipts and records of revenue (fees and others), budget preparations, processing and timely validation of staff salaries, preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, preparation of payment vouchers, banking transactions, among others.
