CONSULTING SERVICES
Expressions of Interest
The Ada College of Education intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to payments under the contract for the Consulting Assignment for the Design and Construction Supervision of Infrastructural Works.
The services include conducting the requisite investigations on the project sites, preparation of detailed Architectural Designs, including Services Design, Preparation of Bills of Quantities, Cost Estimates, Construction Supervision and any other relevant services.
The Ada College of Education invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications. A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), as amended in 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
Consultants shall meet the following criteria:
- a) Certificate of Registration of Firm
- b) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- c) VAT Certificate
- d) Valid SSNIT Certificate
- e) Evidence of registration with Public Procurement Authority
- f) Relevant Experience of Firm
- g) Availability and Experience of relevant key staff

Expressions of interest in three copies (1 original, 2 copies) must be delivered to the address below by 11hrs GMT on Thursday, 21st of February 2023.

NB: Interested and eligible firms are to note that this is not a Request for Proposal. After review of the expression of interest, shortlisted firms will be invited to submit their Proposals through Letters of Invitation which will include specific Terms of Reference.
