Ada College of Education, Ada-Foah in Ada East District of Greater Accra Region intends to use part of it’s Internally Generated Fund (IGF) to purchase food items, cleaning agents and General Stationery using Call-off Contract that would be awarded under Framework Agreement (FWA) Contract through this IFT Primary Procurement Process.
Details of the under-listed food items, detergents, and general stationery would be put into various Lots and quantities in the tender documents.

REQUIREMENTS

1.Tendering would be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 663 of 2003 and its amendment, by the guidance of the Public Procurement Board of the Republic of Ghana.
2. A completed set of tender documents in English containing the various lots may be purchased by interested tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable participation fee of three hundred Ghana cedis (GH₵300.00) per lot using the Government of Ghana Electronic Procurement System http://www.ghaneps.gov.gh from Friday 14th June, 2024.
3. All tenders must be accompanied by a bid security of ten thousand Ghana cedis (GH₵10,000.00) from a reputable Bank or Insurance Company in Ghana cedis.
4. All tenders must be completed and submitted electronically through the Government of Ghana Electronic Procurement System http://www.ghaneps.gov.gh on or before 11am on Friday, 5th July, 2024.
5. Tender Validity Period: Ninety (90) days.
N/B: Late Tenders would be rejected.
