The Estate Office would be operating professionally to uplift the image of the College among all the colleges of education in Ghana.   Adopting the principles to develop coherent and practical roles of the Facilities/Estate Office for the effective and efficient management of facilities in the College and help the College to become a teacher education institution passionate for excellence and globally acknowledged in Facilities Management Perspectives.
